Course: ‘Full Live’
Training in the art of living and mindfulness

Many people experience their lives as unsatisfactory because they suffer from some form of psychological distress such as anxiety, gloom, insecurity or fatigue. We do everything we can not to experience these feelings and to get rid of them. "Once I overcome this, I can really start my life," is often the belief that we hold. Scientific research shows that this attitude can actually strengthen the intensity of the condition.

The Full Life training uses the principles of mindfulness and lets you practice new ways of dealing with difficult feelings. In this way you can learn to live more from your heart and to make conscious choices.

In this course you will learn:

  • What is valuable to you

  • How to take steps in a direction you want

  • Develop kindness to deal with difficult emotions

  • To gain insight into your automatic patterns

  • To be attentive in the present moment (mindfulness)

  • To have more appreciation for yourself and others

  • Learning to make space for a full life

“At first, everything in me was resisting when the course was about respecting your present feelings without wanting to push them away or control them. It felt like 'giving up'. I didn't know that it could give me so much space to stop fighting my emotions and instead focus my attention on what is valuable to my life.
